questions not answeredI had to write this review as to a question I asked customer service. I asked why they took away the convenience of a patient to add to their medpax. Lately there is been many of my supplments that are either unavailable or discontinued so I should be able to add a subsitute but NO we cannot. The customer called me back and gave no indication as to why and that the site is being revamped and that they took that option away and now they are implementing it back in but who knows how long that will take. I have been ordering from this site for almost 10 years and its still wonky. Does not refresh and take days to get the updated medpax to show up so that I order it. The provider may show it on their side but not on the patients side. Do not be fooled with the 5 star rating thay you see. They are only posing 5 patients reviews with 5 stars. They are not showing my review or any other review that is below a 5 star, The reviews are controlled. I gave 1 star on the 5 options.

inconvenience to the patientI have been using Wholescripts for the past 8 years together with my Naturopath. Lately they have changed the way patients can add to their medpax as lately many supplements have been unavailable of discontinued. They took away how patients can navigate the site. The site needs work and is slow. Have to keep refreshing and sometimes cannot order anything because my updated medpax takes 2 days to load. This is the only site that I have issues. Now in order to integrate a new replacement on a supplement the Doctor has to resubmit a whole new medpax...well that takes a few weeks dependant on the Doctor. I do not recommend this site if you want to be frustrated and waste your precious time. I am retired and have become frustrated with ordering from them. Let us not forget the pricing is extremely high for a 3 day supply, I end up spending $300. I cannot afford this. The whole point of doing the medpax with your doctor is the price point per pill is more inexpensive than ordering each bottle separately...It would be double that if I had to do this....I am searching for another website. presently and will share with my functional medicine provider.
